Your contract for that purchase is with Apple, not with us: Apple takes the payment, issues the receipt and decides on refunds. For a charge, a receipt or a refund, your Apple purchase history is the fastest route. For anything about the app itself, write to us.
Nothing is sold or ordered on this website. The trader information required by the Digital Services Act is held by Apple as the platform operator, where it is collected as part of the trader status.
